Welcome to the Canadian Association of Basketball Officials website.  CABO is the governing body for recognized basketball officials within Canada.  Our partners include Canada Basketball, Sport Canada and FIBA.  Currently we have approximately 3700 members across Canada.  All National Championship tournaments are officiated and assigned by CABO officials.  The objective of this website is to make general information available to interested parties and to provide support services for registered members.

The Assigner/Evaluators for the Spring 2010 Tournaments have been assigned as follows:

CIS Men - Dave Morphy & Paul Deshaies

CIS Women -  Markku Peuhkurinen & John Weiland

CCAA Men - Bill Crowley & Rick Degagne

 CCAA Women - Jake Steinbrenner & Nancy Ethier

We have received the Provincial selections of Officials for each of the tournaments.  Please go to the National Assignments section to see the list of officials for each tournament. 
 
CABO OFFICIALS DEVELOPMENT CAMP - Summer 2010
BILL_CROWLEY DON_CLINE

WHERE – Montréal, QC (facilities of the Université de Québec à Montréal)

WHEN – July 14th – 18th, 2010 – Campers must have arrived at the hotel by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 14th - classroom sessions will start Wednesday evening – on-floor evaluations will start Friday morning and conclude Sunday afternoon.

The camp will cater to the needs and aspirations of all officials.
